Day 4: Tarangire at Your Pace
Flexible day. Optional morning game drive (8:30 AM) or sleep in. Full lunch at lodge. Afternoon at leisure or optional second game drive. Focus on quality sightings rather than long hours.
Day 5: Lake Manyara - Scenic Beauty
Short comfortable drive to Lake Manyara. Gentle game drive (3 hours) with frequent photo stops. Focus on scenery, birds, and tree-climbing lions. Return to lodge for lunch and afternoon at leisure.
Day 6: Journey to Ngorongoro
Scenic drive to Ngorongoro with leisurely stops for photos and tea. Afternoon arrival at crater rim lodge. Rest and enjoy the spectacular views. No game drive today - just relax and prepare for tomorrow.
Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Experience
8:00 AM descent into crater (later than typical). Half-day in the crater (4 hours) with frequent stops. Picnic lunch. Afternoon return to lodge for rest. This is the highlight - savored slowly.
Day 8: Return to Arusha Comfort
Leisurely breakfast with crater views. Mid-morning departure to Arusha (no rush). Stop at viewpoints. Arrive Arusha for lunch. Afternoon at leisure at hotel. Farewell dinner celebrating your safari.
Day 9: Comfortable Departure
